ESPN’s Monday Night Football show open was nominated for a Sports Emmy Award in the Best Show Open category amongst a list of top 5 from the past year.

The open was created to be customized each week to showcase the weekly matchups. Reimaginging Phil Collins "In the Air Tonight", principle photography took place in Nashville with Chris Stapleton and in Los Angeles with Cindy Blackman Santana and Snoop Dogg.
